We are located right off the DePortola Trail of Temecula Wine Country but just 5 minutes drive or less to all the Winery and Wedding Venues! This Estate is ideal when visiting the area for a wedding or looking for the best central location in Southern CA when in the area for extended amount of time. Temecula Wine Country is just a little over an hour to Disneyland, Sea World, Lego Land and don't forget Knott's Berry Farm! San Diego & Orange County Beaches are just also about an hour away! If we didn't have the traffic LA used to be, but you still can get there in under two hours! Don't forget all Temecula has to offer with just not only the Wineries but several top golf course and the Pechanga Resort and the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort! We are just a 20 minute drive to Old Town Temecula!

Pulling up to the Vista Dawn Estate you are greeted with private wrought iron gates welcoming you onto the expansive driveway. As you catch glimpse of the above ground hot tub and Bocce Ball Court! Go ahead & park & come on in! As you enter this impressive property you first notice the high ceilings, stacked stone fireplace and the wide stairs leading upstairs. In the Great Room you will enjoy a large sectional as well as a piano that all are welcome to use and enjoy! Don't forget the Large Screen Smart TV! From the Great Room you will view out the windows to the beauitful views or into the Dining Room & Kitchen! The Dining Room that can seat 8 people. The large chef kitchen is a treat and unique design! The kitchen does include Stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, 6-burner gas range w/ griddle, 2 ovens w/ food warmer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee station w/ Keurig and drip coffee machines.

The main Primary Bedroom with King Bed is located on the 1st floor as well as a sliding glass door out to the backyard as well as full ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed is also located on the first floor right at the Entry. An additional third bedroom with twin bunk beds is located on the first floor. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms on the 1st floor share a hall bathroom with shower. There is also a power bathroom on the 1st floor in the Great Room area. Travel Upstairs and you are welcomed by the Foosball table in the bonus area, take the cat walk hallway that passes over the Great Room to the 4th bedroom that has 3 individual Twin Beds. Head back towards the Foos ball table and you will find bedrooms 5, 6, and 7 that each are large bedrooms with Cal King Beds. There are 2 additional full bathrooms on this hall way for bedrooms upstairs to use.

We can't forget to mention the outside! This is one of the best parts! The views of the rolling purple mountains, custom estate homes, sunsets, sunrise, hot air balloons, you name it! The view is stunning. The pebble tech pool is large with built in barstools to kick back and just take in! There is also an attached hot tub with the pool. In additional we do also have an above ground always heated hot tub. Please note that the above ground hot tub is included with the stay. This is always heated and you are able to use as much as you wish. We do charge automatically the use of the above ground hot tub when you look at pricing for the stay. If you would like to use the in-ground hot tub that is built in with the pool or would like to have the pool heated this is an additional fee. Please inquire to get quotes for in-ground Spa or Pool Heating as the rates change dramatically with the time of year and temperatures. In Spring it can take about 24 hours for a pool to be heated while in our Fall & Winter months it could take as long as 72 hours to reach desired swimming temps. The built in BBQ the gas is supplied for your stay and ready for your use!

The garage has been made into the Game Room where you can enjoy Ping Pong or shoot some Pool! This property is an ideal location for couples traveling with each other, family reunions, yoga retreats, birthdays, girls weekend, golf trips, ideal spot to stay during your wedding and more!

Vista Dawn Estate is a certificated short term rental with Riverside County #000592. We do follow and enforce all the Good Neighbor Policies of Riverside County. We do enforce occupancy limits and allow no events or parties at this property. This property is only intended for the guests staying at the home. If the amount staying at the home is lower then our occupancy limits then additional day guests are allowed on property with prior set up with the host of the property. No loud noise inside the home or outside of the home is allowed between the hours of 10:00pm to 8:00am. Respectful noise levels are allowed between 8:00am to 10:00pm. No fireworks or wood burning fires are allowed at this property. No indoor wood burning fires are allowed inside the home fireplace.

The renting party must be 25 years or older. This property is set up to sleep 10 adults but can sleep more so please inquire if you have more than 10. We do allow a max of 5 cars to be parked at the property during the stay. If you were to have more cars please inquire.

No smoking or vaping allowed in the home at anytime or a minimum of a $2500 fee will be charged.

Pets are allowed with additional pet fee. We do ask that you clean-up after your pets during the stay.

We do have AC & Heating systems at the home and do keep the AC's to go now lower then 72 degrees. If you would wish to have them lowered during your stay that is possible with an additional charge. Please coordinate before staying.

This home is located in a Rural area that pests such as rodents, mice, rattlesnakes, ants, insects of all sorts, bot cats, coyotes, and mountain lions can be seen. This is common with many areas of Rural CA. Do not leave small pets or children unattended at anytime with how large the property is.
