• Gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Make sure hot tub temperature is turned down to 90 degrees and cover is closed.
• Close all windows, turn off lights and lock all doors. check out on sunday/monday - please move trash and recycling bins to outside of the gate (to the side of the gate) by early morning.
• Close the gate once you leave please double check belongings -if personal belongings are left in home and require return, a $35 handling fee + postage will be required up front.
