Completed in 2012, this beautiful 6200 SF residence sits up high in a cathedral-like setting. The towering Great Room dramatically frames the tumbling waters of both Ingram and Bridal Veil Falls. The home's open floor plan is perfect for family & friends. Located in a coveted neighborhood, adjacent to the river trail, it’s the ideal location for privacy and convenience with ample room for up to 14.

Stock the fridge with all your favorite foods and settle into the great room for a relaxing experience with family and friends. The great room with its artistic chandelier, mining accents, and large local stone fireplace is open to the dining area and state-of-the-art kitchen that seats ten at the dining table and six at the breakfast bar with a caterer’s pantry. Open the French doors to the western-facing patio that seats ten at its rustic dining table with a gas grill.

Guests will enjoy having their own space in the home’s five bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom. There are many spots for soaking in the views and for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine on the home’s many decks, including the one that is situated off the great room with an outdoor gas fireplace and a private deck off the master suite.

The master suite extends throughout the second half of the estate. The large walk-in closet is conveniently attached to the master bath, which includes a water closet, steam shower, porcelain pedestal tub, and his and her sinks. The four guest rooms on the third and fourth floors of the home all have queen beds, en-suite bathrooms, and windows that let in light and offer stunning views of the area, along with a third-floor laundry.

For the young and the young-at-heart, there’s a lounge, workout room, and media room for movie viewing on the state-of-the-art theater screen with plush couches, leather chairs, and bean bags. This expansive lower level of the home is an ideal spot for games, a workout, or a movie during a night in. Pop some popcorn and pull a bottle of wine from the wine cooler, then sit back and relax. Conveniently located on this entry level are a full bar, a walkout patio, and a charming foyer.

Located on the east end of Telluride, with the San Miguel River running below the driveway, this beautiful 5-bedroom, 6-bath house is located above the river walk hiking trail and less than a mile from the center of historic Telluride, a town known for its local charm, renowned shops, and delicious restaurants.

This home's location and size are perfect for those wanting to participate in the numerous festivals Telluride has to offer. A quick walk or bike ride brings you straight into the center of Town Park, where you have access to one of Colorado's most beautiful venues. There is one outdoor camera above the garage looking down the driveway.

We allow events with a maximum of 75 people for an additional $4000. Must be approved beforehand.

If it is skiing you are looking for, 1/4 mile walk to the Galloping Goose Shuttle will provide free transportation or town parking options to the Gondola and up to Mountain Village.

We often recommend a Ski Valet service to come to the home to assist our guests with their Ski Rentals and fittings, so the first day on the slopes can be as smooth as possible. It is helpful to have a four-wheel car in the winter. It is possible to rent an electric cart from Telluride Cart Rentals for $150/day. I also have an electric car that might be available
