Located in a premier residential neighborhood of Telluride, Miles High is a 4-bedroom/4.5 bathroom home with a bonus bunk sleeping area in the media room. This home combines history and elegance with modern warmth and comfort. Originally built in the late 1800's, the home underwent a full remodel and transformation in 2013, while still maintaining some of the original historic square timber walls. Situated on a large corner lot on the sunny side, the home enjoys lots of sun, views of the ski area and the Town of Telluride, and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is large for entertaining and flows to the living and dining area. Downstairs are two more bedrooms and a bunk area in the media room. On the top floor are two more bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. There is a deck with a hot tub and a gas grill off the dining area, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:
The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Located in Telluride Historic District, a neighborhood in Telluride, this vacation home is in the mountains. Telluride Ski Resort and Ouray Hot Springs Pool are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Fetch's Mining & Mercantile and Silverton Railroad Depot are also worth visiting.
