You'll be within walking distance to the clubhouse, the base at Mountain Village, and the Gondola to town and Village Market. This luxury home is steps from Mountain Village core where you can pickup your stored gear in the clubhouse on your way to get on to the Village Express lift, beginning your ski day. After the day is through you can store your gear back at the clubhouse and stroll through the core with a fresh pint of beer from Telluride Brewing Co, listen to the live music and grab a bite to eat from one of the fabulous food carts. If your legs need a rest, then head back to Crystal 22 for a private Apres Ski on the large outdoor deck that overlooks the mountain village and the surrounding peaks. There's not a better view available in Telluride!

Step inside and immediately take notice of the open-concept living area with its large windows offering western views all the way to Utah as well as a soaring ceiling and a cozy, gas fireplace. To the side, a well-equipped, full kitchen stands ready with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and an intimate breakfast bar, while an adjacent dining area offers a large table and a convenient wine fridge for your beverages.

Just outside, take in the amazing view while you fire up your Traeger gas grill (with provided smoking pellets) and indulge in relaxing afternoon cookouts with your guests. After a day of adventure, unwind with a soak in the private hot tub.

As you explore the rest of your two-story home-away-from-home, discover the designated home office with its desk and chair ready for your laptops as well as a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
