The space
Enjoy a slice of Telluride while experiencing modern comforts and the local mountain lifestyle. Located in a premier residential neighborhood of downtown Telluride.
The home is located on a sunny lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It's an easy two-block walk to Main Street and the beautiful San Miguel River. Also, the Gondola that takes you to Mountain Village is just a short walk away!
The home's open layout includes three bedrooms with private baths, a large living room with a fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. There is a modern kitchen even the most demanding chef will admire, with updated, state-of-art appliances, a powder room, and a Sonos sound system. The Primary Bedroom includes a king bed, while the second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed. Downstairs you will find another great area for gathering, with the 3rd bedroom/bathroom (including two bunk beds, 4 full beds total), a bonus room, bar, and media room, as well as a washer and dryer.
Step outside, where there is a beautiful front deck that looks out to the mountain, a heated garage for skis and bikes, and a central patio that includes a comfortable seating area and BBQ directly off of the kitchen. Located in Telluride Historic District, a neighborhood in Telluride, this vacation home is in the mountains. Telluride Ski Resort and Ouray Hot Springs Pool are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Fetch's Mining & Mercantile and Silverton Railroad Depot are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the ice skating and snowmobiling.
