Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this newly renovated home checks all the boxes. Great location just 7 minutes to N. Greenville University, 6 minutes to Famoda Farm, 20 mins to downtown Travelers Rest, 30 mins to downtown Greenville & 40 mins to Tryon International Equestrian Center. Primary bedroom has Queen bed, private en-suite bathroom, & tv. 2nd bedroom has built-in triple bunk beds & tv. Home also has an outdoor shower, gazebo, grill, + propane fire pit. Main bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo & double sinks. Gorgeous, large open kitchen has everything you need to make a normal meal. There is a nice office area w/ custom concrete desktop. Living room, dining room, & kitchen are all part of the open floor plan. Laundry room has washer/dryer & extra storage space in the custom built-in. Outside there is a brand new deck with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor enclosed shower, a cute gazebo with a dining table & propane fire pit.
Greer is home to this vacation home. Cherokee Valley Golf Club and Eagle Mountain Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Chestnut Ridge Heritage Preserve and Paris Mountain State Park.
