The Space:

Step into Ocean Pointe 1212, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom condominium offering stunning views of the protected mangrove forest and the Atlantic Ocean. This inviting space is designed for comfort and convenience. The Master Suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. The living area is a tropical-inspired retreat, complete with a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, a microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, complete with a coffee maker. Step out onto the private balcony and soak in the serene mangrove views. Two full bathrooms provide ample space and include bath amenities. Additional conveniences include bath towels, a hair dryer, an in-unit washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, two TVs with cable, complimentary WiFi, books, games, pool accessories, and a Pack 'n play and highchair available upon request.

*Building 1 Roof Work:

Start Date: June 15

End Date: July 24th.

The Project will be paused for the observance of Independence Day Weekend and resume after the holiday.

Please be advised that roof work will be taking place in Building 1 during this time. There may be noise and minor disruptions.
*Elevator Out of Service – Building 1

Dates: September 9 – October 14

The elevator in Building 1 will not be in use during this period due to a full replacement. Pricing has been adjusted accordingly to reflect this inconvenience.
Guest Access:

Guests will have access to a variety of amenities, including beach access with beach chairs, a Junior Olympic-size outdoor pool, and a 14-person hot tub. Relax by the pool with provided loungers and umbrellas. The property also features two private tennis courts and several charcoal BBQ stations. Additional amenities include 24/7 front gate security and access to the on-site marina, where slip rental is available separately.
The Neighborhood:

On 60 acres in Key Largo, this beachfront resort is 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Center. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.
Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.
MARINA INFORMATION:
Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.
The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.
Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

I am available by phone or email anytime. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns. I love my home and want my guest to enjoy the Florida Keys as much as I do. I will graciously give recommendations for fishing charters, restaurants, things to do etc.

Located in Tavernier, this condo is on the waterfront. Hurricane Monument and Caribbean Club Bar are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Windley Key Fossil Reef Geological State Park. Jacob's Aquatic Center and MarineLab Undersea Laboratory are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as scuba diving.
