The Space:

Relax and escape to this beautiful getaway in the heart of Tavernier, ideally located between Key Largo & Islamorada. The property itself has amenities galore: sparkling pool with hot tub, boat ramp and marina, tennis courts, beach with pier, free parking and charcoal grills. POOL BAR and onsite Cafe OPEN-hosted by Island Grill!

This is an updated two bedroom two bathroom unit. This is a top floor unit that doesn't underwhelm with the incredible views from the living room, kitchen and small private balcony. Smart TV's in every room with a 65'' tv in the living room for those oh so rare uncalled for rainy days. Great place to call home for those families as this unit has King bed in the master bedroom with a queen bunkbed with twin above in the guest bedroom. Bedroom 1 has a ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo.
Guest Access:

You will have full access to Ocean Pointe Suites resort & property. The security gate is manned 24 hours. The person who made the reservation, will need to present their ID upon arrival.

We have a 24 hour Self check-in process with local support from Oasis Vacation Rentals.

Boats and boat trailers are only allowed if pre-approved by the dock master prior to reservation.

Getting Around:

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / SatNav system in the car, please use 500 Burton Drive, Tavernier, Florida as the address. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us from the mainland by taking the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 4 - Homestead/Key West. This is the Turnpike Extension that will connect you to Route US 1 in Florida City, which takes you through the Keys to Key West at the very end of US 1.

Please be aware that speed limits throughout the Florida Keys are strictly enforced. Driving Route 1 to Key West is one of the most beautiful drives there so TAKE YOUR TIME. Please be especially careful through the Big Pine Key area as this is a Key Deer Refuge. Speed limits are reduced in this area. You can reach Ocean Pointe by following Route 1 south from Homestead, over the 20-mile causeway, past Key Largo and making a left onto Burton Drive at mile marker 92.5, just before the Circle K convenience store and Dairy Queen in the median. Ocean Pointe is approximately half mile down Burton drive on your right.
GETTING HERE WITHOUT A CAR

We understand that some of you will be traveling without a car. We would not recommend this, as there are many places to visit, and it could be significantly more expensive. Ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber are available in the area. Some possibilities to explore:
KEYS AIRPORT SHUTTLE provides daily door to door shuttle service to and from Key West & the Florida Keys & Miami & Ft Lauderdale airports.
The GREYHOUND KEYS SHUTTLE has daily scheduled departures from the Miami Airport to all areas in the Keys.
CAR PARKING

Parking is provided for two cars on site and is easily accessible to the unit. Please be aware that all guests must be registered prior to coming, and the plate numbers of cars provided.
Other Things to Note:

For enhanced hygiene and guest comfort, all linens and towels are professionally laundered off-site by a commercial laundry service. This process ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and quality for every stay.
Marina slip and/or trailer reservations have to be made prior to arriving with the Dockmaster. RV's and jet skis are not allowed.

Located in Tavernier, this condo is on the waterfront. Old Road Gallery and History of Diving Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Jacob's Aquatic Center. MarineLab Undersea Laboratory and MoradaWay Arts & Cultural District are also worth visiting.
