Property highlights include-
Bedroom configuration- On the ground floor, there is a separate in-law quarters with a bedroom with a king size bed, living room, full bathroom and kitchenette. Next to this is another bedroom that has a queen and a full bed. On the second floor there are 3 large bedroom suites with king beds. One suite has a king bed and a queen bed. The TV room off of one bedroom has a king sleeper sofa with access to a bathroom. Separating the bedrooms and the suites is a large living room with a TV. Three bathrooms on the second floor have walk in showers and one also has a Jacuzzi tub so every bedroom has a full bathroom. The third floor master suite has a king bed, with a his and her large bathroom, walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub.
We feature 3 separate living room areas with TV's giving your party additional privacy and flexibility for your viewing pleasure. There is also a game room with a pool table, foosball table and air hockey on the main level.
The Kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances makes this elegant estate an ideal setting for your entertainment needs. There are two microwaves and two ovens. An extra refrigerator is located in the garage for storing excess drinks and food items; and an extra freezer is located in the laundry room to store additional frozen items.
Enjoy violet sunrises and water views from almost every room in the house. This house, on an acre and a quarter, is perfectly positioned along the 7 mile long and 1 mile wide Lake Tarpon and just down the street from the world famous Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club!
Less than 3 miles to every type of shopping, restaurants, movies and beaches. Dock your boat right at the house. There's even a restaurant on Lake Tarpon with boat access. Fishing is great right off the dock. Expect to catch large mouth bass, crappies and catfish.
