The space
This open floor plan home makes it easy for you & your group to spread out and enjoy yourselves. The space contains several indoor seating areas with TV and free WiFi, a large indoor eating/meeting table, a full kitchen, an outdoor deck, a pool & spa, and a lakeside dock. Guests also have laundry convenience and an office for anyone in need of a separate workspace. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.

In addition, we are just 5 minutes from the post office, grocery and office supply stores for any last minute needs.

Guest access
Guests will have use of the entire house excluding the garage and some closets. Please treat our beloved home as if it were your own. We hope to have the chance to bring you a 5-star experience. We strive to earn a return visit from you!

**We do not allow parties or events on the premises.**

Our property provides you with a unique opportunity to swim in the pool and enjoy the outdoor grill, decks and dock. We want you to take advantage of these amenities and have a memorable visit. By agreeing to stay on the property, you are agreeing to our House Rules and you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that lakes, docks, decks, stairs, and activities near and around water - both the lake and the pool - may present dangers for adults and children.

THERE IS NO SWIMMING IN THE LAKE. There are snakes and alligators in every Florida lake and Lake Tarpon is no exception. Also, because there is no fence along the seawall or along the dock, children & service animals must be accompanied and carefully supervised at all times! No roughhousing or pushing on the dock. No feeding birds or wildlife as this can attract alligators. No littering anywhere on the property or in the lake due to the abundance of wildlife all around the property and basic respect for nature and the nature preserve which borders the property.

THE POOL IS SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no diving or doing flips allowed in the pool. The sun shelf is for sitting in the water only. The bottom of the pool slopes from 4 feet at the shallow end to 6 feet at the deep end. If you use the pool, please be mindful of the slope as it is hard to see. Also, we strongly recommend the use of life jackets for children or for anyone who cannot swim or is not a confident swimmer.

No running in the pool area or on the back deck. When these areas are wet they can be slippery. No glassware on the pool deck or inside the gated pool area. There are plastic cups and dishes available for your use out back. Please use caution on the stairs on the back deck. No animals in the pool.

The health & safety of any visitors to the property invited by any of our guests are the sole responsibility of our guests and the confirmation of your reservation and staying with us is considered your acknowledgement and agreement to this rule.

By staying on this property, you are agreeing to abide by and be bound by our Liability Waiver and our House Rules. You acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party or visitors during your stay, and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents or claims arising from these activities.
