Tarpon Springs is waiting for you at this newly remodeled 2-bedroom house. We've gutted the house to the studs so everything is new; electrical, plumbing, hvac, all new kitchen and bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size new memory foam mattress with direct access to bathroom. Spare bedroom has new queen bed. This charming property is fully equipped with newwasher and dryer. The bathroom features a walk in shower. The house is located 1 block from downtown restuarants and shops and 1/2 block to the Pinellas trail, and about 1 mile to the famous Sponge Docks. A 5 minute drive takes you to either Sunset or Fred Howard beach. We live in this wonderful community so we're here to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay.
Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Tarpon Springs Historical Districa, a neighborhood in Tarpon Springs. Shoppers can check out Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Tampa Bay and Clearwater Beach. Tarpon Springs Performing Arts Center and St Nicholas Boat Line are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and ecotours nearby.
