Our amazing lake house retreat features a heated pool, outdoor shower, private mini dog park, fishing dock on a spring fed lake (rare in Tampa Bay), sunset views, fish prep area and sink, charcoal grill for your fresh catch of the day and various arcade games.

Enjoy the oversized TVs in every corner to ensure entertainment for all. Under 10 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes to downtown Tampa and closest beaches. Perfect for families and groups seeking fun & relaxation.

No garage access.
No closet access (used as janitorial closets).

Due to the Florida weather, it's common for the lake to get natural algae time to time, especially during summer months. We cannot guarantee fishing conditions.

Pool heating is optional and a $25/day for the entire duration of the stay.
Strictly no loud noise after 10 pm. No large groups (more than 10 guests) without prior approval.

Absolutely no parties, and no noise after 10pm.

The pool area does not come with a lifeguard or a child safety fence, the guest assumes all liability in regards to pool use.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house.

Must clean up after your pets if you bring them and please do not allow them on the beds or couch. Maximum 2 pets at any given time (pet fee is $99 per pet) Pet must be 20lbs or less. No aggressive pet breeds allowed.

All adult guests in the party must turn in a photo of their IDs thru messages prior to check in. Failure to do so will result in cancelation without refund.

Due to Florida weather, the lake can be covered in algae at any given time. We cannot guarantee fishing conditions.

The treadmill is to be used at own risk. Any use of the treadmill releases and indemnifies the owner and management from any and all liability, even if there is a case of negligence. The unit is self serve and guests assume all liability at all times.

Use hammock at own risk. Never leave children unattanded at the pool patio or backyard areas.

Florida has amazing wild life. Please respect it and be mindful of it. Never leave pets or children unattanded near any body of water. Use dock with caution, and be aware of your surroundings.

Watercraft on the fishing dock is inoperable, and is for photo purposes only. It is not to be moved, tampered or used.

The management can and does access the garage at any given time without prior notice. Driveway may be used partially to park management vehicles.

All extras, such as arcade games, Xbox, treadmill, sound system and such are not guaranteed. We do not offer services to repair or fix those if they fail to operate as intended during a stay.

Pool, pest control and yard reps can enter backyard, front yard and pool area at any given day time without notice to perform their duties.
