Our 1100 sf Home Away from Home has been completely renovated from head to toe! It's also centrally located in South Seminole Heights close to everything that Tampa has to offer. Restaurants, breweries, downtown, the airport, TGH, St. Joe's, Moffit, USF, UT, sports/concert arenas, the zoo, the aquarium, Ybor, Armature Works, the Riverwalk. Don't feel like eating out? Fire up the grill or utilize the full kitchen. Ready to relax? As the day ends, enjoy a glass of wine on the back patio or take a sunset walk along the Hillsborough river, across the street at Rivercrest Park.

This is a private single family home featuring a single car driveway that can easily accommodate 2 cars parked in tandem, 2 private bedrooms and a full bathroom. The larger bedroom features a comfy king bed and vanity. The second bedroom features a comfy queen bed. There 's also a queen sofa bed that can be made up in the semi-private breezeway with an upgraded cool gel foam mattress. The garage features a washer, dryer & space to store a bike. There is also a bbq grill on the back deck.
