Rubicon Bay is arguably the Most Scenic Part of Lake Tahoe, perched on the Lower West Shore between Sugar Pine Park, and DL Bliss / Emerald Bay. Sandy Beaches, and Caribbean Green/Blue Water. Enchantingly Peaceful and Serene.
We have a FLAT LOT with Level Access from the Road, which is two streets away from 89; thus is more quiet. Most lakefronts are on the main drag.
