• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Please put the trash into a plastic trash bag (blue for recycling/white regular trash) and dispose in the green bear box located in the driveway. be sure to lock the bear box.
• If you use the bbq, please clean it up right after use so it doesn’t attract bears. local hardware stores will refill propane tank if needed, or exchange the tank for a full one at local safeway.
• There are 2 thermostats, upstairs & downstairs. in the summer pls turn off the thermostats. in winter set to eco mode when you leave. set bear alarm please, and unplug kitchen countertop appliances.
