Tucked among towering pines near the very heart of Tahoma, this long-term stay cabin makes it easy to take in the natural wonders of Lake Tahoe. Ski enthusiasts looking to get away for the Winter will be excited to note that this cabin can be booked for a minimum of 30 nights, all the way up to 89 nights. Enjoy a spacious deck for summer barbecues, a gas fireplace to curl up next to on snowy nights, and enviable walking access to the lakeshore itself.

This two-story cabin sits just a few blocks off West Lake Boulevard, in a forest setting that's quiet and scenic. You'll be less than a mile from Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State Park, which offers nearly two miles of lake frontage, a swimming beach, a pier, picnic areas, and miles of hiking and cross-country ski trails through forests of pine, fir, aspen, and cedar. The ski slopes of Homewood Mountain Resort are only two miles north as well.

After a gorgeous summer day on the lake, come home to unwind outside on the spacious deck. Enjoy a gas grill, an outdoor table for alfresco meals, and a beautiful setting overlooking the fragrant woods. Winter is every bit as inviting, with a private ski locker, central heating, and a stone fireplace waiting to welcome you home.

The entire guest living space is upstairs on the second floor - an open great room defined by lofty ceilings, picture windows, and elements of natural wood. Curl up to read in a window seat, play board games, and stream movies from the comfort of the leather sofa, and cook with ease in a chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances (including a Viking oven/gas range and a double-door wine fridge). The bedrooms, each with a smart TV, are paired with two full bathrooms. While guests enjoy this private, spacious getaway upstairs, this well-designed cabin comfortably houses a separate locked-off occupied apartment downstairs.

The Clicky-Clicky Cabin was constructed with labor and love and was completed in July 2023. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Palisades Tahoe and Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Emerald Bay State Park and Zephyr Cove Beach. Tahoe Maritime Museum and Olympic Valley Park are also worth visiting.
