On first floor: front room, watch cable/movie in surround sound , roaring log fire, and comfortable seating. Dining room comfortably seats 12 people, brand new chef's kitchen with breakfast table. Kitchen accesses a large upstairs decking area backing onto Tahoe forest with Gas BBQ.
On second floor, lower floor there are 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 1 Games Room & NEW Hot Tub with powerful jets.
