Enjoy your morning coffee or BBQ dinner outside on the deck overlooking the seasonal creek. You can even see a peak of the lake from the living room and master bedroom decks!

The Space:
Unit 10 is of our largest floor plans, including a large kitchen, a comfy living area and spacious bedrooms. The unit has been completely remodeled throughout with updates including new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, hardwood flooring, remodeled baths, and more. Beautiful furnishings top it all off!

The main floor features the living area, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. You'll find three bedrooms and two more full baths upstairs. One more level up features a sleeping loft.

This home has everything you need - a fully-equipped kitchen, linens, towels, washer/dryer, etc.

The Neighborhood:
Chinquapin is 95-wooded acres along a mile of Lake Tahoe’s pristine shoreline. Secluded coves, sandy beaches, towering evergreens, and natural wildflowers reflect in the crystal clarity of Lake Tahoe, creating one of nature’s most awe-inspiring sights. Chinquapin's amenities include saunas, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a mile-long lakefront path, two piers, and more.

Getting Around:
Chinquapin is about a five minute drive to Tahoe City (three miles), and 10-15 minutes away from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar ski areas.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that some features and amenities may be unavailable in the winter due to snow—including but not limited to BBQs, outdoor furniture, and patios. Additionally, Chinquapin amenities are not guaranteed and may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All guests will be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement upon booking confirmation.

Palisades Tahoe and Northstar California Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kings Beach State Recreation Area and Lake Tahoe-Nevada State Park. North Shore Parasail and Kings Beach Miniature Golf are also worth visiting.
