The home offers access to a private gated, sunny, sandy HOA beach with a pier just a few minutes’ walk away. This exclusive amenity is reserved for neighborhood residents and their guests and is generally available from May through October.

Please note: due to HOA restrictions, short-term rental guests may not use the private beach on Fridays and Saturdays during the summer season through Labor Day. Additional holiday/weekend blackout dates may also apply. Public beach options are available nearby in Tahoe City.
