An exquisitely remodeled and furnished lakefront end-unit – one of our best!
The Space:
Located right on the water in a very quiet and private area of Chinquapin, just a short walk to the North beach area. Spectacular views, beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.
The Neighborhood:
Chinquapin is a private, gated community consisting of 95-wooded acres along a mile of Lake Tahoe’s pristine shoreline. Secluded coves, sandy beaches, towering evergreens, and natural wildflowers reflect in the crystal clarity of Lake Tahoe, creating one of nature’s most awe-inspiring sights. Chinquapin's amenities include saunas, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a mile-long lakefront path, two piers, and more.
Getting Around:
Chinquapin is about a five minute drive to Tahoe City (three miles), and 10-15 minutes away from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar ski areas.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that some features and amenities may be unavailable in the winter due to snow—including but not limited to BBQs, outdoor furniture, and patios. Additionally, Chinquapin amenities are not guaranteed and may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All guests will be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
The Chinquapin Rental Office is open 7 days a week to help with anything you need during your stay, We also have an on-site maintenance crew and 24/7 assistance available for emergencies.
Dollar Point, a neighborhood in Tahoe City, is home to this vacation home. Palisades Tahoe and Northstar California Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kings Beach State Recreation Area and Lake Tahoe-Nevada State Park. North Shore Parasail and Kings Beach Miniature Golf are also worth visiting.
