Not to mention, you will want to take advantage of the shared pool to escape the summer heat and the shared hot tub to thaw frozen toes after a full day on the slopes
Inside, you will have everything you need to kick back and relax with loved ones, as the interior boasts a two-story layout perfect for entertaining. The lower level will be the hub for gathering with friends and family in the living room for a movie night, yet you can also host a special dinner by whipping up a favorite recipe in the full kitchen! Come summer, you can step out to the private patio and breathe in the fresh air. Plus, peace and quiet are easy to find with all three bedrooms located upstairs away from the rest of the home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The grill is locked and is not for guest use.
4WD/traction may be required in winter.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Dollar Point, a neighborhood in Tahoe City, this vacation home is in the mountains and near the beach. Palisades Tahoe and Northstar California Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Tahoe-Nevada State Park and Sand Harbor. North Shore Parasail and Kings Beach Miniature Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
