Three workspaces, three refrigerators, a formal dining room and three living rooms. There are 5 TVs, board games, tennis rackets, fishing poles and a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to Whole Foods, two Starbucks, Trader Joe's and a world class golf course. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with amenities. The house has low ceilings in the basement and upstairs so guests over 6 feet might not be able to navigate comfortably. The stairs are also narrow and steep due to the age of the house.
