Are you looking for a cosy flat in the countryside very near to a city?
Or a fully equipped flat with parking place and green terrace?
Then have a look at our recent new flat!
Nice recent flat with a bright cosy living room, located at 5 walking minutes of a forest. From your window, you might see horses, sheep and sometimes cows.
It has kitchen facilities (with a private washing machine) and a bathroom (with bathtub). There is an outside terrace dedicated to the flat as well as a place to park.
My wife, our two sons and I live upstairs in the house and have our own terrace which is separated from the other.
You have at your disposal, in this 34 square meters flat:
- a king size bed (180 cm) for 2 people, with adjustable heads
- a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 kids
- a modern kitchen with dish washing machine, oven & microwave oven, coffee machine, fridge with small freezer. It is as well equipped with glasses, plates, cutlery, pans, pots and utensils.
- a dining table with 4 chairs
- a bathroom with toilet, modern shower and hair dryer
- a tumble dryer
- a TV with more than 250 channels on the Apple TV.
It is also possible to use the Apple TV to play video games. There is also a Chromecast key, so you stream content to the TV directly from your phone or your computer.
- wireless Internet with ultra high speed connection (10 Gbits/s symmetrical, fiber optic)
And outside:
- a free outdoor parking space for a car
- a grass terrace
The electricity that powers up the house is generated locally with photovoltaic panels on the roof.
Possibility to have a travel cot and toys for kids.
This studio is in a well located village near the city of Fribourg.
If you you travel by train, "Belfaux-Village" train station is at less than 1 km. This train station has trains every 30 minutes to Fribourg city centre (4 minutes train ride) which is then well connected to other major cities of Switzerland (Bern is at 20 minutes, Geneva at 1h30m, Zurich at 1h30m, Basel at 1h30m).
If you have or rent a car, the flat is at less than 5 minutes from 2 highway entrances ("Fribourg-Nord" and "Fribourg-Centre").
The Swiss highlights are easily accessible thanks to a well centred location.

- Luzern at 1 hour
- Zürich at 1 hour 30 minutes
- Geneva at 1 hour 30 minutes
- Basel at 1 hour 30 minutes
You also have an easy access to:

- The thermal baths of Charmey (35 minutes), Yverdon-les-Bains (35 minutes), Lavey-les-Bains (45 minutes)
Located in La Sonnaz, this apartment is in a rural area and on a lake.
