The house is in the small village of Svabensverk.
Enjoy the pure nature and the sound of the waterfall in the garden.
Winter: Snow and ice provide winter fun, such as cross-country skiing, ice skating, sledding, hiking and all directly from home. Materials are present and included. Afterwards, enjoy a wonderful sauna in the wellness.
At Christmas, the illuminated houses and the church provide an attractive picture. Other winter activities such as a snowmobile ride can be organized upon request.
Summer: Swimming, sunbathing and fishing around the private lake from the jetty in the large garden (5000m2). Here everyone can relax, but the environment also invites you to an active holiday in all seasons. A folder full of trips in the area is greatly appreciated by our guests.
The house (240m2) is on one level and fully equipped. There are five spacious bedrooms. The size of the house is also suitable for a large family or two families. In the basement there are two garages, a laundry room with washer and dryer, wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and shower. There is also a fitness room with equipment. possibly in the summer. 10th berth in small playhouse. Includes: ATB bikes, large kayak with camping gear for overnight on uninhabited islands and trips on the lakes around the village. A beautiful 5-person double hull tour / fishing motor boat can be rented. Guided quad tour possible.
Located in Enviken, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Vågsjön and Klockarnässjön. Take in the nearby slopes with skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating and sledding.
