The thermal block house is located on a 2603 sqm plot and has a living space of 147 sqm. The house, built in 2003, was renovated and refurbished in 2017/2018.
The interior of the house is attractive, functional and of a high standard.
"Holiday home Småland" is ideal for 6 people and can be rented all year round.
Up to 8 people are possible on request.
In the lower area there are 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one of which can also be used as a utility room and a sauna.
The spacious living area with open fire and the kitchen with dining area and view of the Mosjön lake invite you to a perfect holiday.
In the attic there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub.
On request, 2 additional beds can be provided in the living area.
A spacious seating area from which you can enjoy the view of the lake invites you to linger. There is also satellite TV.
A cozy reading place should not be missing.
When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the tranquility of Sweden and the wonderful view of the lake on the covered balcony.
All rooms are equipped with radiators.
In the 3 bathrooms there is underfloor heating and in the lower living area there is also a log fire.
The windows in the 3 bedrooms are equipped with insect blinds.
In addition, the access door to the terrace is provided with a screen door.
Garden furniture for two terraces and balcony are available.
A rowing boat belonging to the house is by the lake.
The fishing license is included.
