Häradssätter Gård is a small-scale farm just ten minutes from the coast in Valdemarsvik. Here you will find an accommodation with all the amenities next to a picturesque farm environment.
The farm is beautifully situated on hilly terrain at Kyrksjön, where you can also swim and barbecue at the bathing area. On the farm there are chickens, peacocks, sheep and cats. During the summer, animals graze in the garden outside the houses. The farm is remote with fields and forests around, as well as Kyrksjön.
Our cottages are located on a soft hillside overlooking the pasture pastures and arable islands where domestic animals graze and wild animals sneak past at dusk. There is a rich bird and animal life, forest, greenery and lake with fishing and recreation - all that belongs to the quiet rural life.
The accommodation is located in the courtyard but with a secluded location within walking distance of the farm's main buildings. The houses are energy-efficient and intended to be quiet, comfortable and homely. Both cottages have the same floor plan and similar furnishings
The houses each have three bedrooms and 6 beds and hall with reading corner upstairs. On the ground floor large, fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The houses have thick walls, solid wood floors and a quiet atmosphere. The houses share the sandbox and swing.
At Häradssätter Gård you have Kyrksjön in walking distance where you have access to a private bathing area, jetty and rowing boat.
You are also close to nice walks on Östgötaleden with a picnic area by forest star and wind shelter with barbecue area for exciting overnight stay in the wild.
In Valdemarsvik (9 km) there are all facilities, in Gryt (28 km) there is golf course and the entire Gryt archipelago available.
For day trips there are picturesque Old Town (45 km) with its charming square, beautiful Söderköping (50 km) with Stegeborg's fortress, Kolmården's Zoo (90 km) and Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby (90 km).
During high season (June-August) you can rent the whole cottage per week and during other time you can rent per room and per day (2 nights minimum).
The rent does not include final cleaning or bed linen / towels. Of course it is good to book for this
