You will live in a very pleasant area in a newly built house on a nice plot that will eventually flourish given the recent landscaping. Behind the house lies the owners' house, but you have a secluded large area and patio for your own use. The cottage has everything you need and more, with an open social floor plan between the kitchen and living room, large windows that give a sense of space. A comfortable kitchen with everything you need for cooking, including a dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. A nice dining area by the window overlooking the patio and a TV with Chromecast. Peaceful bedroom with a comfortable double bed and good storage options. Stylish, fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine, shower, sink, and a changing table on the counter. In the living room, there are two additional beds in a bunk bed and a foldable extra bed. There are blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. A travel cot is available on request before arrival. The surrounding environment is perfect for recreation with a short walk to the sea where you can swim from beautiful sandy beaches, witness a sunset you won't soon forget, and walk along the dazzling coastline of Ekstakusten while gazing at the Karlsö islands. You can also take a trip to Stora Karlsö to see its beauty up close. In Djupvik harbor, there are fine fishing huts, where you can also swim, eat something tasty, and shop for Gotland handicrafts.
