Everyone’s favorite spot at the Waterfront Greens Chalet is the newly expanded deck with plenty of seating and some of the best views around, a great place for relaxing, enjoying the view, and stargazing. Take in the fresh mountain air as you grill out and dine at the picnic table.
The open concept main level is highlighted by cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that fill the space with natural light. After an eventful day of skiing (or boating, golfing, hiking, swimming, fishing…), kick back for some R and R in the great room. Comfy furnishings give everyone a spot to unwind while you watch TV or play games by the glow of the gas fireplace.
Show off your culinary skills in the recently renovated and well-equipped kitchen. The large center island with seating, farm sink, and stainless-steel appliances will delight the chef in your group. Unlike many rentals, this kitchen has everything an experienced chef or busy parents need to prepare meals just like they are at home including slow cooker, blender, Cuisinart mixer, kettle, Calphalon pots and pans, full knife set, all the utensils needed for cooking and baking, and numerous serving platters and bowls. Gather at the dining table to share meals together with breath taking views of the sky, community golf course and neighborhood as the backdrop.
At the end of the day, retire to the main level primary suite where you are sure to get a good night’s sleep in the king bed. You will wake up refreshed and ready to experience Deep Creek to its fullest. The private bath has tub/shower with seat with a dual sink vanity.

Fun for everyone comes easy at Waterfront Greens Chalet with a downstairs family room that is perfectly outfitted for leisurely evenings at home. Sink into the sectional sofa to watch TV or challenge friends to a game of billiards. You can keep snacks and drinks close by at the wet bar. The gas fireplace adds ambiance and keeps away the nighttime chill. Step outside to the large lower deck to sit and watch the stars or to soak in the outdoor hot tub or enjoy smores at the fire pit.

You can enjoy the par three golf course, mini golf, tennis courts, catch and release fishing pond, lake access and the dock area (access included only for houses with boat slips). One of the best locations in the entire Deep Creek area for safely walking, running and riding bikes.
Located in Waterfront Greens, a neighborhood in Swanton, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on a lake. While the natural beauty of Deep Creek Lake and Deep Creek Lake State Park can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Wisp Resort.
