Winter 2026 update! Great Lakes water level has receded to historic lows and not sure what spring thaw and ice melt will bring once ice is gone. There may be a large sandy and rocky beach. The dock location (currently off the seawall) may change as well.

A dock with sunning platform completes the home.

Out your back door lies rural 40 mph Stony Point Road ideal for all kinds of physical fitness: bike riding, walking, jogging, inline skating or whatever your passion! The village of Suttons Bay is only 2.5 miles away and makes a great destination on your bike or long walk if so inclined!
