Max. (2) per house first purchaser must be min. 45 years old . This home is located approximately 45 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, and within 20 - 40 minutes from all major sports stadiums. All utilities are paid for including a/c in the summer months.This is a NO PET / NO SMOKING HOME. Minimum 30 day rental no children under 19 years old.
