Carefully situated on the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a large, open kitchen, living and dining room with an abundance of natural lighting. Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, private bathroom and views of the glistening ocean with access to the covered deck. Bedroom #2 offers a King bed, private bathroom and views of the soft sands of Holden Beach, with access to the covered deck. Bedroom #3 offers a Queen bed with a shared hall bath. Enjoy cooking tasty meals in the well-stocked kitchen that is sure to have the chef in your family begging not to leave. Make meal time, family time eating together in the large dining room. Take the entertainment into the living room and claim your throne in an intense game of UNO! On the 2nd floor you will be greeted by 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $500 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals. PLEASE NOTE: The spa and pool heater cannot run at the same time and will be set on a schedule for your stay. The spa will turn on and begin heating at sundown until midnight. If pool heat is added to your reservation, it will heat between sunrise and sundown.
