Welcome to "Conning Tower", a well-appointed second row home situated on the canal boasting an inverted floorplan with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and your very own private elevator! Located in a highly sought after location with both ocean and canal views. The sparkling Atlantic is only steps away with a public beach access across the street. Don't forget, BRING THE BOAT! With your very own floating dock enjoy swimming, fishing, and sunbathing.
Take the elevator up to the main floor of the home to find the spacious common areas of the home decorated with nautical decor throughout. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is a chefs dream with two dishwashers, quartz countertops, gas range, and so much more! Create delicious meals to enjoy gathered around the large dining room table. In the large living room you will find a large sectional sofa and oversized chair with a large flat screen TV creating the coziest movie nights or game nights filled with laughter. Enjoy evening on one of the many decks (including roof top!) for unobstructed views of the canal and ocean. You will also find 2 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms on the main floor. Downstairs there are 4 additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The laundry room is located in the hallway of the first floor with a convenient sink.
