Enjoy the private swimming pool and very close beach access, just east of the home at 917 Ocean Blvd. This stunning second-row Hobbs Smart Home has plenty of room for the whole gang with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a game room. Each bedroom has its own TV, and the game room includes a sofa, large TV, air hockey table, and foosball table for fun evenings at the beach! The inverted floor plan maximizes all of the spectacular views from the living room, kitchen, and decks. Extra features like two refrigerators and two living areas make this the perfect vacation home! Gas grill provided.
Can be rented with the sister property next door at 928 OBW. Great for family reunions or just a vacation with your closest friends. Call our office for details about renting both homes together. Early check-in/late check-out options are not available in this home.
The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.
This owner also provides beach and bath towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per total occupancy for your convenience.
