With beach access just across Ocean Boulevard, the warm sands are only a short stroll away. Enjoy lounging poolside with your favorite book in hand or spend the day playing in the sand & sea.
Take the elevator up and you will be greeted with a spacious and bright open floorplan. The main living areas of the home are on the second floor featuring bright coastal decor. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances making it easy to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The comfortable living room is perfect for unwinding from busy days or enjoying movie nights. Downstairs, you will find a secondary living area, pool table, and kitchenette offering space for all! Everyone is sure to be well rested with 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 3 downstairs all complete with balcony access.
Unwind and relax...pool side! Swim some laps to cool off, or sunbathe by the pool. Enjoy ice cold beverages around the tiki bar with the ocean breeze in the air. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower, making the transition from outside to inside easy. Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only September - May, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
