Located on the 2nd row, this 5 bedroom/ 4.5 bathroom vacation rental has an easy beach access across the street (between 269 OBW and 271 OBW) and a luxurious private pool. Owner provides an electrical grill.
Enjoy your days on the beach strand, lounging by the pool or enjoying the views from the multiple decks! The inverted floor plan helps maximize views from every level! The open kitchen area, dining room and living room provide lots of space to relax and prepare meals. The natural light is abundant and the finishes are modern, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
