New to the Hobbs Realty program and new to the rental market, this newly renovated boulevard home is the Totally Decked Out and the total package for your next vacation. This island home sits on the tranquil marsh and is equipped with lots of decking. Dine al fresco on the large screened-in deck, complete with a TV for entertainment and coastal views! Unwind with the island breezes and enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer. The public beach access is just a short walk East of the home at 567 OBW. Inside, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax. On the first level, there is one bedroom and bathroom, along with the kitchen and living room areas. Upstairs, you will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
