Inside you will be captivated by the Intracoastal Waterway views from the large kitchen windows. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, allowing for the chef in your family to make delightful meals to be enjoyed together as a family at the large dining room table. After indulging in a fulfilling meal go out to the screened in back porch to take in the breathtaking marsh views while rocking the afternoon away. The living room features nautical decor, comfortable furnishings, and large windows allowing for a warm beachy atmosphere to fill the home.
Accommodating up to 11 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 beautifully updated bathrooms ensuring all of your family is well rested and comfortable during their vacation. The first floor offers a master suite with a king and twin bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower / tub combo. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a queen bed, and TV. Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, twin / twin bunk bed, and TV. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a hall bathroom complete with a shower / tub combo. You will find a second master suite on the 2nd floor offering a king bed, private balcony, and updated private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Step outside to be met with your very own coastal oasis boasting a private, heated salt water pool, with endless outdoor amenities. Lounge poolside with your favorite book listening to the rolling ocean waves in the background or enjoy an outdoor family game of pool. Outdoor entertaining has endless possibilities at this coastal paradise from the gas grill, pool side bar, and so much more! If the sand and sea beckon, indulge in a short walk to the warm white sands of Holden Beach!

This pool is open year-round. Pool heat is available only from September through May upon advance request, requiring a $400 plus tax pool heating fee paid in advance. Pools are cleaned before arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7-night rentals.
