The secondary living area is located on the 1st floor and offers peace and quiet from your busy day in the warm sun. Accommodating up to 9 guests this home will ensure everyone is well rested for the day ahead. Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor with a twin / queen bunk bed, TV, and shared bathroom. Bedrooms #2 & #3 also located on the 1st floor and offer a queen bed, TV, and a shared jack & jill bathroom. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom.

Outdoors you will find many sitting areas ideal for family meals or reading your go-to book. The enclosed outdoor shower will make it easy to wash all the sand, and salty ocean water off. Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
