This inverted floor plan allows for gorgeous views from each deck and window! There are even great ocean views from the upstairs streetside deck! The kitchen on the marsh side of the home is well-appointed, and there is a gas stove for preparing delicious seafood meals.

The downstairs bedroom TVs have Fire TV sticks for streaming your favorite shows, and the upstairs bedroom TV is a Smart TV for streaming as well. Both living areas have cable. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a fish sink for convenience. The public beach access is located a short distance at 1017 OBW. This is a Hobbs Smart Home with keyless entry and wireless high-speed internet. Come and make memories to last a lifetime in Holden Beach!

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
