Additional amenities include Roku and games for entertainment, as well as a full private bath with direct access to the porches.
The ground floor renter's storage area includes a second refrigerator, charcoal grill, and other outdoor essentials to enhance your stay. After a fun day at the beach, refresh in the large outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Beach access is just a 3–5 minute walk away, located between 301 & 303 OBW. Enjoy great ocean views from the upper back deck and covered porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only) and towels are provided.
