Enjoy the French countryside-inspired décor inside with tiled showers and luxury tiled floors throughout the house. The thoughtfully-equipped kitchen for mealtime preparations and appliances, including a Keurig, slow cooker, waffle maker, coffee grinder, and other amenities.

The outdoor living spaces are just as inviting with a screened-in porch, a private saltwater swimming pool (open from Easter - October) adjacent to the home, and a ground-level deck area with a glider, picnic table, and grilling area. Enjoy relaxing marsh views as you prepare your meal on a Weber gas grill. Enjoy an evening beverage while you view marsh wildlife, including deer, heron, egrets, and the rare bobcat. After a long day at the beach or the pool (pool floats and toys provided), you can enjoy the outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Find beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart in the storage room. Spend family time playing board games or corn hole.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
