This open, airy, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families and golfers. This waterfront retreat is located in beautiful Sunset Village on Sandpiper Bay Golf Course, offering stunning views of the neighboring lake and the golf course itself.
This top-floor condo sits in the center of several famous golf courses. It's a haven for beach-goers as well, just six miles from breathtaking Sunset Beach and eight miles from lovely Ocean Isle Beach. Go shopping and dine out in nearby Calabash, North Myrtle Beach, and Shallotte. Or, find all sorts of fun within Sunset Village, including an outdoor pool, a tennis court, and grills on the grounds. Access to Sandpiper Bay Golf Course & Country Club is not included, but you're welcome for a fee.
So much is provided to ensure you enjoy your time here, from the two adult-size bikes that you can take around the neighborhood to the four beach chairs to relax in the sand. No matter how you spend your days, you can end each one with a sunset view, a cushioned seat, and a glass of wine on the balcony.
Inside, the condo is full of lofty ceilings and open spaces. Cook with ease in the airy kitchen, gather for dinners and board games at the dining room table, and enjoy TVs for your evening entertainment in the living room and all three bedrooms. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Located in Sunset Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
