Dogs are allowed (2 dog maximum) with a non-refundable pet fee per dog. There are 3 large flat panel televisions (ROKU - NO cable - Guests must use own accounts/Guest Mode) and WIFI for entertainment enjoyment. Ceiling fans in every room and central heat air allow for any level of comfort. The condo has a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and spacious with adjoining kitchen and living areas. The main area of the condo has patio doors that open to a screened porch for outside relaxation. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal wildlife and unwind. The kitchen features a raised bar with 3 counter stools and dining table with seating for 5 people. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. This condo has an outdoor storage closet containing beach chairs, athletic equipment and assorted beach and pool items available for guest use.
The Sandpiper community has tennis courts, grilling areas with charcoal free-standing grills and 2 pools for outdoor recreation!
