The condo is pet friendly (small dogs under 35 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee per pet and up to 2 dogs allowed. The floor plan features adjoining dining/kitchen and living areas with two large sets of sliding glass doors and large windows to enjoy a scenic view of the golf course and property grounds. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the dining area has a table for four with a raised bar offering additional seating for four. An outdoor patio accessible from the living room area is the perfect spot to enjoy relaxing after a day on the beach or the golf course. Watch golfers test their putting skills on the green and observe the native coastal wildlife. The condo has wireless Internet and three televisions (streaming service only using your own accounts/Guest Mode) with a DVD player in the living room for entertainment value. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen beds and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The front bedroom also has 2 Queen beds and private bath with tub/shower enclosure. The front bedroom has a private screened porch area with sliding glass door access. The condo has central heat & air along with a large ceiling fan in the central area for comfort in every season. A front laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use. The community grounds have an outdoor pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts with basketball goal on site. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are provided for every rental.
