The apartment is one of three in this beautiful antique three-family home and is located on a quiet dead-end street within walking distance (.2 miles) of Sunapee Harbor and less than a mile from the town beach and five miles from Mount Sunapee.
The apartment is the entire upstairs of the home. It has a large kitchen with a dishwasher (which is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you'd need), a large living room, a smaller tv room, 2 bedrooms, a loft space with a futon, a full bathroom and a half bathroom.
It also features a large private deck with a BBQ so you can enjoy outdoor time. The home is located close enough to Sunapee Harbor that you can hear the Wednesday night band playing from the deck.
The apartment is stocked with cooking supplies, towels and linens and also has a washer and dryer.
The other two apartments are occupied by traveling healthcare professionals so quiet time is appreciated before 7 a.m. and after 9 p.m.
Sunapee is home to this apartment. Newport Opera House and Little Red Schoolhouse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Sunapee Harbor and Newport Golf Club. Bayberry Barn Christmas Shop and Potter Place Depot are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and sledding.
