As you step inside, you're welcomed by a stunning double-volume wood-paneled entryway and a reverse floor plan that maximizes your golf course views – the bedrooms on the entry level, and a mountain-modern living space with views upstairs. The great room features a fully-equipped open kitchen, a custom dining table to seat all your guests, and classic leather couches around a stunning stone fireplace. Step outside to a golf view deck perched over the 8th green for barbeques and alfresco dinners or retreat upstairs to a stunning loft space suspended above the great room, for downtime, movie nights, or a quiet space to work.

Downstairs, guests have a choice of 3 beautifully appointed guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a four-poster bed and barn doors to a private ensuite bathroom with a vanity area and tub/shower combo. The second guest room features a sunny workspace, and the third guest room is quietly situated at the end of the hallway with sliding doors to a covered patio and perfectly perched Adirondack chairs overlooking the golf greens.

Guests of Fairway Nine have use of a seasonally heated pool, hot tub, and dry sauna within the complex, as well as communal pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, and tennis facilities at Elkhorn Resort. Additional amenities in Elkhorn are available to guests - tennis, pool, steam rooms, and discounted green fees. The mountain shuttle to Ketchum and Sun Valley is a two-minute walk from the townhome and the Wood River Bike Path is steps from your front door.
