Come have an adventure in this classic mountain town, with year round activities. Stay in our private modern yet cozy ground floor condominium with one bedroom, one bathroom and a pullout couch in the living room. Located in the Elkhorn - Sun Valley area, minutes from town as well as Dollar and Baldy ski mountains.
Space information:
The one bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, and the living space has a full size sleeper-couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery, silverware, and basic condiments such as coffee, tea, spices and ketchup. The bathroom has a shower/bath combo with shampoo, conditioner, soap, a blow dryer provided. The condo also comes with a washer/dryer combo machine with detergent provided.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire condo. As well as access to a pool and hot tub upon request.
The pool and hot tub are seasonal. Hot tub is open during ski season. Pool and Hot tub open from Memorial day and usually until Mid September depending on weather. If you want access be sure to contact the host with all names of guests as each person will need an amenity card. HOA is closed on the weekend so be sure to request cards at least a few days before you visit.
Transportation:
Public transportation is easily accessible with a couple minutes walk from the unit. Directions to the bus stop will be available with the scheduled bus times.
No pets. No Children under the age of 13. Maximum of 4 guest.
There will be a $500 fine for any pets.

Sun Valley is home to this condo. Sun Valley Pavilion and Gilman Contemporary are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Hemingway Memorial and Ernest Hemingway Memorial. PK's Ski and Sports and Argyros Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and cycling nearby.
