This condominium has a second-level entry with no elevator. The 1-bedroom bronze-rated condo is the perfect Sun Valley retreat located just across the street from the Sun Valley Lodge and skating rink. The kitchen was remodeled with granite countertops, new appliances, finishes, and heated floors. The living room includes a gas fireplace, a comfy sofa, 2 lounge chairs, and a 32-inch TV with cable. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and kitchen and seats 6 comfortably. There is a small nook in the living room with a built-in desk, should you need a workspace while here. There is also a deck off the living room. Wireless internet is offered in this condo as well. There is one bedroom with a queen bed. A full bathroom with in-floor heat is adjacent to the bedroom. There is no washer/dryer included in this one-bedroom lock-off.

You really don't need a car - you can walk, bike, or take the free shuttle almost anywhere you want to go. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with wonderful scenery to enjoy as you walk or bike. The path is groomed for Nordic Skiing in the winter and provides access to ski to the lifts on Dollar Mountain. All you need to bring for your vacation with us is a change of clothes and your grocery list. We can even have rental skis delivered right to the condo!

The location can't be beat with the Sun Valley Lodge just a short walk away. No other condos in Sun Valley are this close to the Lodge, skating rink, and music pavilion!

Complex Features: The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion is about two blocks away. This is the best location for convenient access to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, shops, and meeting facilities. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away, and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. In the summer, the bike path provides miles of scenic biking or walking enjoyment.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. These passes get you into the Sun Valley Inn Pool. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During the peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, a hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Located in Sun Valley, this condo is in the mountains. Sun Valley Pavilion and Gilman Contemporary are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Hemingway Memorial and Ernest Hemingway Memorial. PK's Ski and Sports and Argyros Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating.
