You will enter a beautiful open floor plan farmhouse style house. Two bedrooms located in the front of the house with a full bathroom available. As you go down the hall to the main living room, you will see tall ceilings with plenty of couches and seating. There is a fireplace with a large flatscreen tv above it. The kitchen is open to the breakfast area that has a table and seating for 6. The bar offers 3 stools appropriate for morning coffee or wine at night. The master is off the first floor living area with a king bed. It has a master bathroom attached with soaking tub, stand in shower and walk in closet. There is one large bedroom above the garage with a queen bed & full brand new bathroom. The backyard is fenced and has a large patio with grill. There is a swing set for kids and plenty of room to play. The neighborhood is safe for families and couples. The community pool is a quick 5 minute walk. Located minutes to historic Summerville, 30 minutes from downtown Charleston and 40 minutes to Isle of Palms or Folly Beach.
